Petite Personality Portraits - New Haven Family Photography

As a newborn photographer, it isn't lost on me how important my job is. Documenting your baby's feet, rolls, cow-lick and cheeky grins are images that you will cherish forever. As a mom of three growing boys, I can't believe how much they grow and change. I can't think of any good reason why a newborn session would be any more important than a first birthday cake smash, a 5th birthday, or just losing a first tooth!

I have a special session just right for these petite portraits, I call it my Simplicity Session, and you can find more info here.

It is a scaled-down session, perfect for mommy & me, or just the kiddo(s).

Meet sweet Kaliana! She has SO much personality! She is the perfect spokes kid for these Personality portraits! And did you know that framing your child's portraits and displaying them can actually increase their confidence? Here's a link to an article about this.

I believe it, wholeheartedly! My boys love seeing their pictures, whether it's on my phone or computer, but especially when it's framed and hung for display. It shows how valuable and important that particular image is.

Could you just imagine how sweet these images would look on your walls?

A note from Ashley:

Hello and thank you so much for checking out my work! I hope you enjoyed the images from my latest children's portrait session!

I have a beautifully simple and bright studio in Westbrook Connecticut, but also travel to my clients’ homes or meet families on location to create beautiful artwork from their images.

If you would like to see more of my work, please browse the Gallery of Work tab and make sure to mention your favorites.

As a mom of three boys, I know that these moments are fleeting. Photography is the only way to capture these moments in time and that’s my ultimate goal with my clients. The portraits of my children are priceless.

My studio is a short drive for anyone living in Hartford, Middlesex, New London, or New Haven Counties. I also travel throughout the state of Connecticut and Rhode Island.
