About Ashley
After having three children of my own, I became passionate about capturing the precious moments of motherhood. My family and I have moved around due to my husband's military service, but we now call Connecticut home. In 2022, I was thrilled to open my own studio space in Westbrook, where I can create beautiful portraits for my clients in a calming and bright space. As a newborn photographer, I love capturing those fleeting moments of new life and creating lasting memories for families.
Through my work, I've come to appreciate the beauty in simplicity and emotion. I prefer to act as a fly on the wall, capturing natural moments rather than forcing poses or using gimmicky props. I take a "Baby Led" approach, photographing them exactly as they are without fussing over perfect swaddles or poses. The same goes for families, where I let children be themselves and capture genuine moments of love and joy.
